LOW COST HOUSING

The 40-acre scheme is sub-divided into 1/4 of an acre plot. Two typologies are created for the two neighborhoods creating a diverse urban typology. Each cluster is accessed by footpaths with their Parking spaces located at the periphery promoting walkability.

The green spaces located between the housing units enhance visual appeal of the neighborhood and promote natural ventilation and daylighting for each of the 2,500 units making the units humane and habitable. The lower section of the neighborhood abutting the river is landscaped for relaxation and gaming activities respectively making the neighborhood lively.
